Stress Management


It is likely that each day usually has a number of minor and
perhaps major tense moments. We tend to accept those moments
as a part of normal life and do little to understand and find a
solution for them. Little moments finally grow into big moments
and suddenly we are in major trouble. By responding honestly to
the questions you see here you will gain insight into whatever the
situation is and as a result begin to see possible ways to resolve.
