You can prove to yourself that peace is always present within you. Take a moment to sit quietly and visualise something that represents peace for you on the screen of your mind. A mountain peak, a calm lake, a beautiful beach perhaps. Hold the image gently in your mind: Notice how peaceful you begin to feel. Notice the feeling is not coming from the image but from the energy of your mind, which is creating the image. Become familiar with your own inner peace through the practice of this visualisation. Notice how it now enters your awareness from within your self and not from an outside source. Notice how peaceful yet alert you are, how calm yet aware you are - ready to act and interact from a place of inner peace. Surely it can’t be that simple. It is!

*Stress Management**
Worry is triggered by any negative memory of the past. It means, you are suffering, and you are probably under the illusion (false belief) that you are enjoying your suffering. It also means you are not living now.
You are missing your own life by living in your worries, which are always in the past and in the future. Your worry habit has trapped you in the past where you get the raw material for your worries, and a non-existent future, where you focus that material, and the result is you miss your life now. All this won't change until you choose to change the worry habits that you have recorded in your consciousness (mind). That will require the removal of the illusion (false belief) that you hold inside that it's good and necessary to worry. It's a waste of time and energy. It means replacing the desire to create images of negative futures with positive responses to what is happening in your life right now. Otherwise your 'worry karma' will keep you in permanent pain (sorrow).Effects Of Anger On The Human Body
- In numerous studies, anger has been found to have a completely negative effect on our physical well-being. In one such study, reported at a recent conference on forgiveness and peace in the US, it was demonstrated that letting go of negative feelings that we have for someone due to his/her negative actions relieved and reduced chronic back pain.
- It seems we have been conditioned to treat any tension-triggering event, be it a small accident or a conflict with a partner or colleague, as a big problem or crisis. At these moments our bodies generate and release the stress hormones adrenaline and cortisol. Our heart accelerates, our breath quickens and our mind races. It's all harmless if the tension or fright is brief and once in a while, like a near miss while driving, but the emotional disturbances of anger and hatred are like accidents that don't end, and hormones turn into toxins. The depressive effect of cortisol upon the immune system has been linked to serious diseases and disorders. According to Professor Stafford Lightman of Bristol University, "Cortisol wears down the brain, leading to cell degeneration and memory loss. It also raises blood pressure and blood sugar, hardening the arteries, leading to heart disease."

Powers of a Focused Mind
The power of perception (understanding) allows us to see into things and truly understand them, with neither complication nor confusion.
The power of mindfulness, by which we absorb ourselves into any action or thought without interference or complication, further energizes us by allowing the power of our mind to become concentrated, freeing us from frustration, stress and anger.
The power of injection can permit us to energize others with our own positivity. As we help them to feel positive, good energy bounces back towards us to maintain the positive cycle.
The power of choice requires us to differentiate right from wrong, good from bad. Having done so, we can select our choice, and at every moment choose to be positive.
The power of inner energy can guide us into new things, encourage us to change where we feel uncomfortable with ourselves and help us to enjoy life completely.
The method to overcome fear is to keep giving power to others.

Rest~~~~~~ Easy!!!
- Rest does not come with sleeping, it comes with waking. This is both an insight and an action of enlightenment. When we are enlightened we realise that real rest is possible only when we become free of illusion and we no longer struggle against life. Illusion is the idea that people should be, and do, what we want them to. The truth is, all is as it should be, despite appearances, or our perceptions of others to the contrary. This means you can be easy on yourself, easy with others and easy with the world around you. Easiness is a virtue, an attractive one at that. It is much more influential than force. So quit forcing, end the struggling and...relax!

To keep the aim in front of us is to move forward with contentment.
Projection:
Several times there are situations that are negative where we have
to face things that are not really what we are expecting or
wanting. At such times we tend to get disheartened and experience
discontentment. Our state of mind becomes such that we can no
longer experience peace.
Solution:
The solution at such times is to keep our vision clear on our aim.
When all our thoughts and energy are concentrated on our aim, we
will be able to consider any negative scene that comes our way as
only a side-scene. We can easily ignore all such situations and so
our mind is at rest or peace.
~ ANGER~ WHAT IS IT??
Anger Management And Prevention
While you work internally to return to your original peaceful nature; depending on your belief system, past experiences and perception (understanding) of the present situations you are in, different forms of anger of different negative energy levels like irritation, frustration, grudge, resentment, contempt, hatred, rage, etc. will emerge in your mind and get conveyed through your behaviour. Do not suppress or express them but by practicing the inner exercises given below, modify (change) them.
1. You become irritated when day-to-day events don't happen fast enough, e.g. your flight gets delayed, you are made to wait in a queue, etc.
Solution: Practice patience and accept the fact that everything and everyone has their own speed.
2. Frustration emerges when events don't occur as per your needs and expectations.
Solution: Welcome all incidents that have taken place in your life. Learn from them. Always respond positively in the present, not negatively against the past. Only then you will create the future you desire.
